Stationary incinerators


Stationary incineration plants can be used and built in many different ways.

The heart of every plant is of course the combustion chamber, with its grate and combustion system philosophy.

For this, all parameters of the combustible material are taken into account, as well as the question of sustainability in dealing with the waste.

This of course also means that there is no uniform solution, but only adaptable technical solutions in general. 

Each plant is therefore designed to meet the specific requirements.

We have a wide range of solutions available for this purpose.

On this page we show you two types of plants. 

On the one hand mid-sized and on the other hand large-sized incineration plants.


Mid-sized incineration plants as an example of a sustainable investment

With our new type of incinerator, we have focused on new developments that set new standards in terms of quality and ease of maintenance.

These include a new grate system, a defined combustion air space and flow of the firing material, improved waste charging and liquid injection, as well as a new maintenance-friendly cooler system.

The incinerators are particularly interesting for the incineration of hazardous waste, such as clinical waste and contaminated materials.

Of course all other combustible materials, from household waste to industrial waste, are also suitable.

However, we would like to emphasize that it is necessary to design each plant on its own merits. Within its operating values there are universally applicable plants, but only within certain values. Therefore, generally binding specifications are nonsense and we should talk about your requirements.

We have highlighted exemplary three configurations of plants that give you a good overview of what is feasible and how the values influence each other.

Due to the increased combustion grate load, a shorter service life of the combustion grate is to be expected.
However, in contrast to conventional systems, our patented grate can be replaced quickly and cheaply.

Of course a system also includes other components, such as

  • Pipelines
  • Emergency and primary chimneys
  • Additive systems
  • Filter systems (bag filter or ceramic filter systems)
  • Suction and fresh air blower
  • Sensors and control systems
  • Conveyor belts
  • Exhaust gas monitoring system
  • and other plant components


However, these are to be planned individually, if necessary also locally available and therefore not part of a general presentation.
Of course we can offer everything turnkey ex works.

To protect the environment and to avoid unnecessary transports we would like to point out our license option.
The conditions for this are currently being worked out.
